Brainier – a BI Worldwide Company is looking for an Inside Business Development Director to join our team.
Responsibilities: In this position, you will be calling on VP of Human Resources, VP of Marketing and Director of Training. The target Company is in the mid-sized to large business market (over 500 employees). BDD’s are responsible for all aspects of client acquisition from prospect development through account management.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have excellent selling, prospecting and communication skills, as well as a background in a B to B selling role. Some experience calling on HR is a plus. Candidates must also have basic technical knowledge including an understanding of web based applications from a user perspective.
