Office Manager/Event Coordinator

Internal, Full-Time Position – Minneapolis, MN
Hybrid Schedule (Both In-Office and remote)

Brainier – A BI WORLDWIDE company has an immediate, full-time opening for an Office Manager/Event Coordinator. This detail-oriented individual will assist high-level managers and oversee the day-to-day functions of the office as well as plan company events and activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the company President
  • Create demo brandings and proposals for the sales department in a prompt, detailed manner
  • Make travel arrangements for staff
  • Plan Company events (holiday party, President’s club, special activities, etc.)
  • Prepare/edit the internal monthly newsletter and other office documents
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the office (including, but not limited to maintaining office spaces and equipment, managing conference room schedules, ordering supplies, and processing all incoming calls and online chats)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience
  • Willingness to learn new programs and take on new tasks/responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A basic knowledge of Photoshop
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from the company office at least 3 days a week
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge a plus

Compensation Range:

  • Salary commensurate with experience
